Terms of Service

Acceptance & Territory

By creating an account or using Flint (“Service”), the user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The Service is offered for users located in India, and certain features may be limited outside India.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally competent under Indian law.

Account & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and all activity under the account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for risk, suspected abuse, or policy violations.

User Conduct

• No harassment, hate speech, obscenity, scams, impersonation, or illegal activities.
• No scraping, bulk messaging, or automated access without prior written consent.
• Respect safety prompts; meet in public places; report suspicious behavior.

Events & Third Parties

Event listings may include third‑party providers. Unless explicitly stated, Flint is not the organizer and is not responsible for third‑party events, tickets, schedules, safety, or refunds. Users should review third‑party terms and policies.

Content & License

Users retain ownership of their content. To operate the Service, users grant Flint a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, store, display, and transmit content within the Service. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.

Paid Features

Fees, taxes, renewals, and refund practices will be presented at purchase. In‑app purchases may be processed by app stores and subject to their terms.

Service Availability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee matches, outcomes, or uninterrupted/ error‑free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flint, its affiliates, and personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or reputational harm. Flint’s total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of INR 5,000 or the amount actually paid by the user to Flint for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flint from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from their content, conduct, or breach of these Terms.

Termination

Users may delete their account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access with or without notice for suspected violations, risk, or non‑use. Upon termination, certain provisions (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution) survive.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Parties will first attempt amicable resolution; if unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue remedies in court.
